BERG Tool clamping GK system series
Detail For HSC workpiece processing, the clamping force according to DIN 69893 is usually no longer adequate. The idea of establishing a strong connection between the tool and the spindle by placing the clamping element directly on the spindle internal profile reached its design limit due to the cross section and surface available for force transfer.
With its newly developed HSH fixtures, Berg & Co. has met clamping force requirements that significantly exceed values specified in DIN 69893. HSH clamps are used to clamp HSK tools with a central cooling lubricant supply. |
